Warranty Information
WARRANTY
The Metrodispenser is guaranteed against all defects of manufacture, in materials and workmanship, during a period of one year from date of purchase.
Breakages not due to faulty workmanship of the affected components are expressly excluded from this warranty.
Inadequate or negligent use of the dispenser or of any of its accessories are also excluded.

Packaging and transport costs must be paid by the costumer. Once the defect is evaluated and accepted the costs of return of the goods to the customer will be covered by the manufacturer.
For correct use of the dispenser and it's accessories please consult the User Manual.
RETURN POLICY
You may return items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost and applicable taxes.
Items should be returned in their original packaging. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
We do not refund shipping and handling costs for returns.
Returned items that are damaged or in used condition will not be refunded.
There are no returns for customized-branded products.
Bar-Innovations is not responsible for lost returns; we recommend that you return the products via an insured carrier.
